COALITION PPE SOURCING GUIDE
The Coalition has canvassed the market to find reliable PPE sources with large domestic inventories and reasonable prices. We have compiled a Coalition PPE Sourcing Guide that is now available for your use which includes sources you may not have come across elsewhere.
Please note that these are NOT vetted Coalition Partner Vendors. Please exercise your standard transaction security procedures per your school’s policies.
There is contact information for each vendor should you have questions or want to place an order. Vendors will have item descriptions and details in addition to what is shown in the guide.
The guide will be updated with new items and sources as they come to our attention. Please check back often. We hope this guide helps as you work to secure the items you need for a safe and successful fall semester.

Four Technologies That Will Get Us Back To Work Safely
With the arrival of a COVID-19 vaccine possibly months away, campuses continue to search for a way to get back to a semblance of normalcy in a safe and responsible manner. In this webinar, HRP and its partners will introduce several technologies that can lower the risk of virus transmission, and bridge the gap until the arrival of an effective vaccine and/or herd immunity is realized.
Learn how rapid test kits, air filtration, surface protectants, ultraviolet light, and thermal imaging technologies will lead the way in our endeavor to get back to our daily routine. Many of the items that will be featured in the webinar are available for immediate purchase. See the Coalition PPE Sourcing Guide for details and ordering information.

As a Coalition program partner, AffinityLTC wants to share our cyber solution for continuing our voluntary benefit offering to your institution during this pandemic and beyond, if needed. Our response to the COVID-19 outbreak will allow for a virtual enrollment package that will offer the same rich benefits, easy fact finding and shopping, and a simplified online enrollment process that can all be done easily from the convenience of your employees’ (and their family members) homes and computers.
Unlike your other employer benefits, which may require face to face meetings, group meetings, hands-on assistance from the carrier for the reviews, and benefit changes/additions requiring your human resource department’s participation to enroll, our program was able to pivot to a virtual open enrollment program. We can market, educate and enroll extended family members and employees from A to Z with no face to face meetings required. In addition, our customer service approach has been, and will continue to be, available online, by phone or by email 24/7 and year-round to all HR staff, your employees and their family members.

COVID-19 is placing your Accounts Payable Department practices to the Test
Accounts Payable (AP) transactional oversight, compliance, and quality assurance has never been as critical. COVID-19’s “forced decentralization” has companies severely struggling to process and monitor AP transactions.
To make matters worse, opportunistic fraudsters are taking full advantage of the pandemic’s disruption, increasingly trying to exploit confusions as colleges and universities transition to remote operations. More than ever before, higher ed institutions require careful oversight of their payments while issuing clear compliance guidelines to staff in order to avoid falling victim to tricks such as phishing attacks.
FISCAL has a special offer for Coalition Members –
